Fitness classes are held at 8:45 AM Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
For the foreseeable future we will be meeting on Zoom rather than in person. The objectives of the group are to provide conditioning exercises to improve muscle tone and flexibility and aerobic activities to improve the efficiency of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Modifications are made for those who want more or less strenuous exercises.
